Anyone read Tomorrow Now?

It's his non-fiction account on politics, war, art, crime, etc.
...seemed a bit slap-dash to me. (Not that I could ever come up with something better.)
Bruce Sterlings work always seemed a bit like Tom Robbins to me. (I wonder how they both would feel about that comparison?) in that the plot line appears to be a thin medium to present their bizarre takes on 'reality'.Which are the focal points of MY readings of them both.
Though, now that I think of it, Robbins may have better dialog.
any thoughts on this?
